    Hello. Please could you have a look at my site to tell me why the cookie notice won’t show up? I have my suspicions but am not particularly tech-savvy. I’ll post privately with the URL next. Many thanks.

    Oh, sorry that was not a precise answer.

    The problem is here: http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js

    Your theme is including a VERY old version of jQuery theme, not mentioning that the theme should be always using the jquery version shipping with WordPress.

    Thank you. I don’t know how to fix that, and it sounds like the theme’s problem is bigger than just its lack of support for the cookie plug-in.
