box will not disappear no matter what I do to the settings, does not disappear when whole plugin is deactivated. Dont know what to do. Check out my issue at: http://www.fillybrookfields.co.uk
Also tried deleting wp cache as well as deleting browser cache and also tried on both chrome and safari. HELP! thanks :)

The problem is that you use a modified Cookie Notice banner instead of the default one.
Probably there are HTML/CSS differences between current CN version and the one that the custom modifications were applied to.
I’d suggested asking theme developer to remove or adjust the modifications to match current plugin HTML structure.
