Cookie notice keeps showing mobile phone/tablet

Hi there,

First of all thank you very much for this great plugin that is very simple to use :)
After installing i found out that the cookiebar was working fine on a desktop computer/laptop, but it keeps on showing when i use the website on a mobile phone or tablet/ipad. Everytime i click on a page in the menu section it keeps on showing the bar again and again even when is accept by clicking.

Can you help out?
