    Hello,

on the company website for which I work, the cookies bar does not appear. Yesterday it worked and I made changes to the website that I already reverted, but the problem still exists.

Can you help me. Thank you.

I have the same problem. It seems like the code exists in the site it just gets an additional class cookie-notice-hidden. When I remove that class it shows the cookie notice but I don’t know why that class is being added. Can someone help me too?

    Hello NEHARJASHARI.

How do you remove the class?

Well, I just tried removing it in Inspect Element but don’t know if I should remove it on code. It shouldn’t take that class in Incognito mode at all, that class should be added when I click OK in the cookie bar. So I don’t know how should I fix this yet.

It’s possible there could be an issue with JS/CSS minification.
Please check any of your caching plugins to disable or change the settings of that functionality.

I have the same problem all of a sudden. I can see the class cookie-notice-hidden. See my site: brasseriebijnathuis.nl
In a second site ( hotelhoevevoorde.nl), almost the same as the problematic one, everything works properly.
I do not have cache plugins…
