    I have set up the plugin as documented, insert the shortcode and the gallery is displayed. But it always shows only 1 column, althought I set columns for all screen sizes to 3. I have tested in several devices and browsers. Can you please advice on this issue?

    I still have that column problem and still no support. I wonder if it was a mistake to spend money on that plugin.

    I have opened a PayPal refund case because there is no support for the module here.

    I have informed paypal to investigate with the merchant. Seems the company is dead.

    We’ve had a winter holidays and did not provide full time support.
