Clicking on the accept leads to a 404 page

    Dear team at dfactory,

    when I press the accept button my website shows a 404 page. I have to activate the load button to reload the page to avoid this. But I prefered not to reload the page. Thanks for your assistance!

    To be more specific: the WordPress theme I use is called Semplice.
