    How i can change Capabilities for Administrator? I need to add news by administrator.

    Administrators can always add and manage news – you can’t even change that in plugin permalinks settings.

    I dont see add news at News-menu.

    You mean nav-menu right?

    It’s being a repeating request for WordPress core, to enable links to custom post types archives in WP Menu. I’m surprised it’s still not there.

    So in this case it would be easiest to add “custom link” in WordPress Menus that would point to news archive. If your news archive slug is “news” than your custom links should be “http://mysite.com/news”.

    However there are multiple other ways – filters, functions, etc, because all you need is a link to news archive.
