I purchased Hidden Gallery on July 5 2019. To this date, despite multiple follow ups and emails to dFactory, I still do not have access to this plugin. This includes direct access from my Account.
I have an email that confirms payment received, and yet the transaction on my Account here says Processing. https://imgur.com/a/SwOBtnp
I need access to this plugin ASAP as my client is furiously upset.
