Cache vs Cookie Notice 1.2.49

After we updated the plugin to version 1.2.49, we noted that the cookie notice no longer appeared. Checking page source, the cookie notice code was there, it was as if the user had already clicked to dismiss. Upon further investigation, once we clear the cache of a specific page, the notice will appear on that page as designed, but not on any other cached page. Easily duplicated.

We are using WP Fastest Cache, WordPress 4.9.8
