    I know it must be me, but is there a basic ‘Getting Started’ document for this plugin that I’m missing?

    No, there is not. It’s a very easy to use plugin, every single plugin option has a description. But what are the problems you have?

    I’m having the same issue. How to you insert a lightbox into a page or post in the first place? I’ve used another lightbox plugin and that one has an “insert lightbox” button on the visual page editor. I can’t see how to do that with this plugin.

    @CHris, you just paste an image link into post/page and the lightbox will be applied automatically. Same goes to gallery – if you insert a defeault WP gallery, the plugin will apply lightbox to all those images – it will also treat it as a gallery, enable prev/next navigation.

    All this is handled by the plugin automatically.
