Arrows / Close box don’t appear in Nivo (and no caption in Swipe)

Hello,

I must be missing something.

I cannot get the plugin to work like the demos do – I love the simple, refined look of Nivo, but when I select it and use it to display, there are no arrow/closebox and no captions (like it shows in the demo.)

Likewise, no captions appear in the Swipebox lightbox either.

What am I missing?
