    It should not take 2 hours to unsuccessfully activate a $19 plugin!!! I purchased/subscripted to Photoswipe and after 2 hours screwing with it, I still cannot activate the darn thing. Obviously I am not alone as there are many postings here — All of them unanswered by whatever support there is, I might add.

    I went to my purchase history page, added my site domain to my purchase history document, copied the license ID, pasted it into the License field in the settings area, and all I get is “1 License Activation Failed”. If you can’t get the plugin activated for me by tomorrow, I will contact PayPal and cancel the purchase and the subscription.

    You should have better technical support and it should not be so hard to activate a simple plugin. I’m amazed that you’re still in business.
