@Mc Nitefly and @Tom, both of you have image links with rel=”prettyPhoto[product-gallery]” applied. If you change that to be re’=”lightbox[product-gallery]” it should work for you.

Keep in mind that you should disable includion of prettyphoto srcipt in your themes, to avoid conflicts with Responsive Lightbox.
